This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness studio, and friendly staff. They helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay, which I appreciate. EJ's restaurant has great food and welcomes you warmly!

Really enjoyable stay, as always. Great looking and exceptional accommodation with ABSOLUTELY PERFECT setting not far from great restaurants and cute shops, and many attractions. Wonderfully helpful and professional staff, free wake up service and ironing. Good service overall and parking in front of hotel. Clean pool.

Location and size of beds and bedrooms

Had top floor room and the cooling tower on the roof keeps you awake, no festive decorations

I had a great experience with this place! The bed was so comfy, and the hot tub area was pretty nice despite the jets not working. I really enjoyed the restaurant's baked haddock. it was seriously amazing. Overall, I’d totally stay here again!

Shower still had shaving cream on the wall from the previous person. The was something disgusting smeared on the bathroom door. There was a fresh nasty stain on the blanket on the bed. The pull out bed didn't have fresh sheets on it.

The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful.

We were out all day but bed was not made, garbage had food from day before and no towels. Furniture in lobby was very warn and used.

The refrigerator did not work. The curtains hang over the heater unit. So no air blows into the room unless curtain is open. Did not like that at all

The location of the hotel, close to bus station and shops on main street, breakfast buffet, quiet stay.

Tub was dirty, had to notify housekeeping. Front desk not too friendly. No wifi service. Front desk did not ask if you will be using this service.

The staff were very poliet, friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and had comfy beds. The tv was huge in the room.

It was expensive.

I appreciated the modern decor and the accessibility of the lobby with comfortable areas to relax. The well-maintained, open staircase was a pleasant option for some extra exercise.

The staff were pretty good too ensure we felt welcomed, and the room was impeccably clean. The dining experience at ej's restaurant was a definite highlight with tasty meals and friendly service.

The hot water was inconsistent .
